Hey, anyone that has one of those small (FRS) radios, we are going to try to use
them durring the next game. I put up a link if any wants to pick up and
accessories like a throat mic or head set. I will have mine out there as will a
few other guys.
So some of the guys from Team Ache's-N-Pain's will be joining us out there on
the 13th. They have told me that anyone wearing the team patch gets in free and
will get discounts at the store. If we can come up with enough people we can
get our own field-which is the goal every game..lol So keep passing the word
and maybe we can get the numbers we will need.
So...We all had a good game last week, well almost all of us...my knee stil
hurts! So what are we doing in April? Manny Baez had mentioned a big game
involving FDNY and NYPD somewhere around 4/25. Anyone else interested in that?
Or do we want to do our own thing? Lets get try to make a decision this week so
we can get the date out early and get as many people as possible.
Thank
Matt
The game is on april 25 leaving from Roosevelt HS (in the Bronx) via charter
busses out to Skirmish USA 7am sharp
The price per person is aprox 70.pp includes 500 rounds paint, meal and bus ride
out (people can bring their own equipment and purchase paint separately) the
actual game is called the battle of the badges (EMS VS PD) tho all
family/friends are invited. i will give you exact contact information by the end
of the week, Call me with other questions as needed.

Hey Matt, thanks for picking up the ball on planning the next game. I don't
think I will be able to play in April, but I will work on setting up something
for May. Let me know what day you guys come up with and I will pass the word
too.

Ok Saturday May 22nd, after Mothers day. Start passing the word making the
plans and charge up the radios...lol I will put it up on NORCOM too to see if
we can get more people out there but we need to pass the word.
I don't know if anyone is interested but Cousins Big Game is Sat and Sun the
15th and 16th of May. The Guys from Team Aches and Pains plan to go on the 16th
and there will be other members from the ERSA teams (guys on our side) playing
that day too. So if we are interested in getting together with them let me know
and we can set it up. They are also working on a game up at Liberty upstate,
more info will be posted about it soon.
Hey, everyone, Doc here. Thanks for the invite, it's great to be here to chat
with you.
The Cousins Big Game is on May 15th and 16th. I just heard, however, that when
the ERSA said something about coming, the producers of the game mentioned they
would stack the game against us. I don't know if this is true, only heresay,
but it may affect how many people from our group want to go. I guess our
reputations preceed us.
The Liberty Big Game is on May 2nd in Patterson, NY. It is an alternative game
for May for the ERSA, and I can speak with them about going there instead. It
is a REALLY nice field all around (great terrain and props, great game format,
great staff, great facilities). We have been there several times and really
like them, and though I know it's short notice I highly recommend it. Here's
the site:

I will be in touch with the rest of the ERSA this week and let you know what
transpires. In any case, all this PT on my shoulder is driving me crazy, and I
can't wait to join you all out on the field again! I may not be able to raise a
rifle yet, but I can turn the crank on the Double Trouble just fine.
I'll be in touch. Again, thanks for the invite!

Hey Doc welcome to the group!! If they want to try to stack a team aginst us,
good luck...lol
So we have our game on May 22nd planed already, and we nailed down Saturday June
12th for our next game. So start to make the plans and pass the word. I know I
brought it up before but lets try to plan a game upstate soon, anyone up for
July? It gives us time to plan for it and make it happen. Let me know where
you guys want to play and we will work out the game plan to go.
...so lets plan a game! PJ and I played last weekend had a great time, it was
not crowded at the field so we got some decent games in with out having to worry
about getting shot from behind by blind fire lol. We brought lots of water and
gatorade and sat out a game here and there to cool down. So who's up for an Aug
game? I was thinking Saturday August 21st this will give us time to get the word
out and the funds together.
Stay Safe hope to see you all soon!-Nick
Anyone intrested in playing HIVI next wed? A buddy of mine is getting a private
group it will be $25 for the day plus paint, let me know ASAP! 631-766-0138
